Ronald Bayer Ronald Bayer is a professor of public health at the Joseph L. Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. He serves as co-director of the Program in the History of Medicine and Public Health. For the past 18 years his work on the ethics of public health has centered on AIDS, and he has also studied tuberculosis policy and tobacco regulations in liberal democracies. | |||||||||||||||
