Brian D. Athey Dr. Brian D. Athey is assistant professor of cell and developmental biology at the University of Michigan and director of the Visible Human Project, which is creating a detailed digital anatomical database of the human body online for education. Athey is an expert in cellular biology, mathematics, computer technology, and imaging. He is also the interim director of the Michigan Center for Biological Informatics. | |||||||||||||||
