Jordan Friedman, M.P.H., is director of Alice!, Columbia University's health education program. He and his staff produce Go Ask Alice!, the globally acclaimed health question-and-answer Internet site. Jordan is the author of The Stress Manager's Manual With Cassette Trainer, and co-author of The Go Ask Alice! Book of Answers. He speaks, trains and consults internationally on website development, health communications, stress reduction and freedom of access to Internet information. Jordan studied communications and health education at the University of Maryland, and has a graduate degree in public health from New York University.

Steinhart has degrees from the State University of New York at Albany and the State University of New York at Stony Brook, as well as professional training and certification in human sexuality.
